5 Stars – A Truly Rejuvenating Experience! I recently had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue Thai massage in Tenerife, and it was one of the best treatments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, the environment felt calming and professional, setting the tone for what turned out to be a deeply therapeutic session. The therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve deep-seated tension and muscle tightness. Every movement felt purposeful and precise, targeting areas that had been bothering me for weeks. By the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed, lighter, and free of the usual stiffness I carry in my back and shoulders. This massage wasn’t just relaxing—it was genuinely healing. If you're in Tenerife and in need of a proper deep tissue treatment, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
The first half was better than the last. For some reason the massagist changed half way through. The second lady was just not so good. Especially doing it too fast and made me feel like she was rushing it. When I asked her to take it slowly she did at first but after some minutes fell back to her rushy way. I couldn't really enjoy it anymore unfortunately.
This is by far the best massage I ever had! My neck, shoulders and back have been having issues for years. Things cracked that haven’t been cracking since 2008! After this massage I am confident the issues will not bother me so much anymore in the future. I am lucky enough to spend a good part of the year living in Costa Adeje so I purchased their 10-massage voucher. I can absolutely recommend their massages for anyone, they offer many different massages so there’s something for anyone. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, you will not be disappointed!

I was specifically looking for Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage while in Tenerife and this place had high hopes due to good reviews. The place itself is quite nice and the massage was good in typical standards. However, my low score is related specifically to Lomi Lomi - the massage had strong Thai massage elements and also reminded me of deep tissue sport massage, however, I found it lacking techniques that typically make up Lomi Lomi massage. The main distinct feature of every Lomi Lomi massage that I have had, has been the liberal and extensive use of hot oil. It was an oil massage, however, nowhere near the amounts that a good Lomi Lomi massage typically has. It is a nice and clean place, I suspect that the Thai massage can be really good (if you are into that sort of massage) and that is what reflects in the review scores, however I would not go for Lomi Lomi again (to be honest, a good Lomi Lomi massage is hard to find in most places).
Just had a fantastic 30 minute foot massage with the lovely Jum. I love a foot massage and it was definitely up there with being one of the best I have ever had! Glad I visited on the 2nd day of my holiday so I can come back again for a full body massage and will be bringing my Mum along next time too. Lovely place with an authentic feel and very easy to find, close to the beach. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A true believer in the benefit of massage I feel lucky to have found Sak Thong after all my years in visiting Los Christianos. Huge menu of options available at very reasonable prices. Enjoyed Ayervedic Hot Oil and more traditional Thai skeletal plus oil massage which has sorted my lower back pain. Extremely professional and I would highly recommend.
Ich hatte noch Zeit am Abflugstag und habe daher diese authentischen, schön eingerichteten, sehe saubern Massagesalon besucht. Die Massage selbst war 60min Original Thai Massage ohne Öl, welche sehr authentisch war (und ich kann es sagen nach 10 Urlauben in Thailand). Sie war sicher keine Streichelmassage, sondern die Masseurin (der Namen ich leider nicht weiß?) ist auf mir herum gestiegen, hat Ellbogen und Knie eingesetzt und war daher sehr authentisch. Wer sie wählt, sollte daher wissen, was auf ihn zukommt! Aber genauso gehört es für das Original und alle anderen können dafür die Relax-Öl-Massage wählen. Daher 5 Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung, vielen Dank!!!

I visited here on Tuesday before my flight and they did an excellent job! A lot of pressure applied and really helped remove pain and knots from my body! Also would like to recommend teetee (I think that's how it's spelt) she did an amazing job

Very cosy, relaxing place. A bit tricky to find as it's inside of a hotel building. Despite that i had Thai oil massage,i was very stiff when i came to the place loads of tensions old problems, but after 90min i felt alive again , even my stomach pain was gone. Very skilled gentlemen , all my respect definitely the best in Tenerife that i've tried. Highly recommended!! Thank you, thank , thank you!

This place is amazing! The woman who massaged me was excellent. She was super friendly and nice. I felt very secure with her the whole time while being stretched thai style! It was so so good! Another five star review - they fitted me in at a moment’s notice, a very warm welcome, too. This was my first experience of an ‘oriental’ massage and I’m a complete convert. For an hour, I was bent, twisted, pulled, stretched and walked on - all of it very welcome. I left with all of my tension having disappeared, muscles which had been rigid for years loosened, and with a spring in my step. Lovely. Might go back tomorrow…!

Die Massagen wurden professionell und mit einem fantastisch gutem Griff ausgeführt. Estamos de vacaciones y hemos venido a hacernos un masaje, con Juni y Dama… son INCREÍBLES. Presión adecuada.. te van preguntando para que todo esté a tu gusto. Son unas excelentes profesionales y son de Bali. Lo recomiendo 100%. Tenéis que venir a probar!!!! Y al final del masaje te dan un té con limón y jengibre que está de muerte también??.
