I attended with Isy on a number of occasions for a shoulder issue and sciatica on each occasion I found Isy to be professional and knowledgeable, she started each visit with a detailed question and answer session after which she would recommend a treatment I was given the opportunity to back out if I felt the treatment was painful. The prescribed treatment was successful after which I was given a detailed exercise plan and encouraged to contact Isy should I need advice or guidance with the exercise plan. Isy also followed up on my progress.via WhatsApp I have no hesitation in recommending Isy and Elite performance
My husband went to see Isy with neck pain that he had for a long time. Seeing the amazing difference in him, not only the lack of pain but the complete change in his posture, after just one session, made me think that maybe Isy would help a knee problem I had. I was unable to walk properly, after falling and twisting the knee and one hip was hurting as my posture was out of line. Isy asked a lot of questions, which triggered much I had forgotten as to when the pains began or worsened. Very quickly the pains in the knee and hip settled and with the recommended exercises, adjusted as needed, all is back to normal. I highly recommend Isy even if you have a previous diagnosis. She finds the problem quickly and is a true gem.
Isy is a great Sports Therapist. She has been treating an old ongoing ankle injury. Isy is extremely knowledgable and the improvement and pain relief has been incredible . Dedicated in her field of work I’ve finally found a professional. I have received amazing treatment and given the correct stretching and exercises to do.

Ive been suffering with a bad back problem since I run my own pub in 2014, I spend quite a lot of time in Spain and was in urgent need of a deep tissue sports massage. So I googled the areas of Calahonda and found Isy’s practice in fuengirola by sheer chance, and so glad I did. She is absolutely amazing such a lovely person Isy makes you feel at ease and comfortable and talks you through everything she’s doing she’s brilliant at her profession. I’ve been seeing Isy on and off for the last 5 years at elite performance therapy. This is the second time I’ve tried acupuncture and massage together with Isy and it works so well together Im feel so much better and will continue to see her.
