Great massage and amazing masseuse. I’ve had many deep tissue massage before but this one truly felt like it was repairing my muscles and body . One hour felt so short will be back for longer !
I had a lymphatic massage and reflexology. Both were brilliant I felt less bloated, reduced swelling and full of energy. My husband had a back neck and should massage and reki. He said the massage was just enough pressure. He felt relaxed and was happy with the service. We will both be back.
I went to Sunrise as I have been experiencing problems with my hip, back and shoulder, after discussing my issues with the lovely couple/owners I opted for the mixed combo treatment. I knew that because of my condition I wasn't going to get 'fixed' in one session but it was a great start to begin to relieve my pain, this wasn't a relaxing send you off to sleep type massage, it can be painful if your body like mine needs to be manipulated into the correct position, the owners certainly know what they are doing and I will be returning for my next session in a months time.
Simply great professionals and very sweet people. I went twice in a row and had Swedish, lymphatic drainage and facial. All great. I felt very grounded leaving the after the treatment. Would recommend anyone for stress and tension relief. Thank you!

Sue is not only professional but also highly attentive, customizing each treatment to address my specific pain points and tension areas. Her deep tissue massage worked wonders on my sore muscles, and the Thai massage, with its perfect balance of stretching and relaxation, left me feeling revitalized. Sue's approach is both skilled and compassionate, ensuring your comfort throughout the treatments. After some intense gym sessions and long hikes during my holiday, my body was truly grateful for her expertise. She also has a fantastic sense of humour, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable - I left with a big smile on my face! I highly recommend this studio, and I can't wait to return and experience more of Sue's treatments. I’m also looking forward to meeting Martin on my next visit!
