We enjoyed FANTASTIC couples’ massage with a mother & son duo! I’m a former massage therapist and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I was suffering some tendinitis in my leg, likely from not being used to so much walking, and he knew just what to do to make it much better! Be sure to communicate the strength you want because they are quite strong. Even included an excellent neck adjustment after asking permission. Wonderful ambiance also. We live close now so hope to become regulars. So happy we found this wonderful place!

Rachel is by far the best masseuse I’ve ever been too, and also the best yoga instructor. Her professionalism is impeccable, she is extremely knowledgeable, and her hands do magic. Her combo of hands and yoga philosophy makes you never wanna leave her room. I can highly recommend her.
Rachel is a true healer! Went today for my first treatment and feel outstanding. Working with a pro that knows the body and mechanics of how it works! Cannot recommend her enough!
First Class!!! I was looking to treat myself to a massage when I came across Rose Tint Your Life on a Facebook search in Altea. I have used the Thai massages before and they were good. However, Rachel is another level... She has worked at the World famous SHA and immediately identified two ailments I had just from walking upstairs ahead of her... The first session included a lovely chat about what was weighing me down and how those tensions can manifest themselves physically in my body... All this before I lay on the bench! The massage identified areas of tension and worked on those areas in a holistic healing way that was new to me. Sure, there was the expected regular massage too, but at the end I felt uplifted and had belief that I was healing somewhat in the right places. I went as a one off treat, but immediately booked again fir the following week as I felt it had effected me in a positive way. Very Spiritual and enjoyable. I really enjoyed it and great value for over an hour and a half of Rachel’s attention.

In my fifties l ran half marathons and developed plantar fasciitis which despite physio never completely disappeared. It would return over the years until l had a session of lymphatic massages with Rachel which cleared it completely. l have now been pain free for over two years.

Velkommen til verdens blideste og hyggeligste danske :) Så glad for at jeg prøver ut Philip og cranio sacral terapi! Etter bare få behandlinger har jeg mykere, mindre smertefull og mer funksjonell nakke enn jeg har hatt på årevis og tilsvarende mange år i diverse annen behandling. Med små trykk, justeringer ol oppleves behandlingen veldig skånsom og godt mottatt av denne kroppen med mye stress og spente muskler. Anbefales på det sterkeste!
5 stars isn't enough! Altea massage has been amazing. I have been working with them for nearly a year and Filip has, on more than one occassion, been an ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVER, especially when I have ignored my symptoms until I can barely move! Scheduling, attention to details such as remembering conversations and prior challenges are among the best I have experienced in any country. Filip has seen and treated myself and my two kids (5 and 13) - always listening to what we are (and are not) saying to understand what is truly the issue and ALWAYS treats us with the utmost respect regardless of age or ability to explain. The appointments are flexible and timely. And the most important part for me, I always feel heard - listening, validating, and friendly.
Highly recommend Filip. I attend his practice regularly while in Altea. The cranial sacral therapy is great in relieving very tight muscles particularly around my head, neck and shoulders. Just love this therapy …..
Jag fick en rygg skada 2010, röntgen visade en kotförskjutning 1,2 cm, av L5, detta gjorde att jag hade svår daglig smärta, speciellt smärtsamt att stå upp och gå. Ortopeden på sjukhuset försökte med blockader flertalet gånger, utan resultat, dom erbjöd mig steloperation som enda alternativet för ev smärtlindring, men utan några garantier förstås. Jag avstod operationen. Jag fick handikapptillstånd till min bil. sökte hjälp av olika terapeuter och sjukgymnaster, men inget fungerade. Fick tipset att gå till Filip av bekanta i Altea som lovordade hans kunskap och teknik, jag provade några gånger och det blev bara bättre och bättre för varje gång, jag har besökt Filip varje gång jag är i Altea i flera år nu, och jag har ingen smärta längre. Jag har inget handikapptillstånd längre. jag har rekommenderat flera av mina bekanta att prova Filip, med gott resultat. Filip är mycket skicklig och Rolig dessutom. absolut värt att besöka. After many years of professional sport, my body is constantly in pain and massage is a must 2 or 3 times per week and once I tried Anna I realized that her hands are doing magic for my body, I genuinely feel better, her hands are strong and yet gentle enough so it doesn't hurt in sensitive areas. Anna also offered me a face massage to improve my aging skin and again result is perfect. I look refreshed, as per my wife, and as if I had some cosmetic procedure.
