Mike was absolutely brilliant. I’ve had a lower back problem for a couple years and I’ve gone to doctors, Physio’s chiropractors, you name it. No one has made as much improvement on my pain and mobility as Mike. He really knows his stuff and really wants to improve his clients’ position. It also helps that he’s a lovely, interesting guy and very witty. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Great physio, has wide knowledge! I Had awful pain in the arches of my feet and was quite tight, he was very informative on what was causing the issue and was also able to diagnose some other issues that have been contributing to injuries and pain over the years. He used a couple of massaging techniques and gave me some exercises to do at home. Feeling much improved since my visit, highly recommend !
Mike was just what I needed for a quicker recovery from a broken ankle. He definitely did speed up the healing time and helped me release all the tension in my foot and the whole body. He was great for me ??

I had issues with sore hips after negotiating the steps and hills of Mijas and Belen was able to sort them perfectly. But over and above that, the massage was excellent- I was on holiday to chill and the massage helped that process immensely I will definitely be back when I next return to Mijas

Recibí un masaje californiano de Belén durante mi reciente visita a Mijas, era la primera vez que probaba este tipo de masajes, ¡y repetiría sin dudarlo! Combinación de terapia con aceite, movilizaciones y estiramientos... El ambiente también fue ideal, la temperatura fue perfecta (suelo pasar frío fácilmente pero no en este masaje), la iluminación, la música ambiente... El material empleado fue muy bueno, tanto el tipo de sábana como la camilla (muy cómodo el sistema para apoyar la cabeza boca abajo, no siempre me adapto bien y en este caso fue perfecto). Y por supuesto su manera de conectar y emplear la intensidad adecuada. ¡Muchas gracias Belén! ¡Recomendaré y repetiré cuando regrese!
Mi experiencia ha sido excelente, sin duda las mejores manos, técnicas y sensaciones que hasta el momento he podido experimentar. Toda la carga del trabajo y del día a día se quedan en esa camilla, música relajante y ambiente distendido crean una atmósfera de paz y tranquilidad. Limpio e higiénico por igual. Un sitio excelente, me han tratado los dolores de espalda a lo largo de los años en muchos sitios diferente y es de los mejores de la costa del sol. La ubicación es de muy fácil acceso, muy cerca de un parking que cuesta sólo 1 euro.
Alberto is an intuitive healer. Just a couple of questions about what is wrong and he went to work finding all the exact problem areas. Very few massage therapists have this kind of intuition. His work is not massage rather it is more deep tissue sports therapy/chiropractic. So I would not call it "relaxing" but definitely effective! I try to visit every 2-3 weeks for regular adjustments. Fair pricing and friendly.
