Best yoga experience I ever had. Every session is unique, special and thought thru. Rut is a world class instructor! Also don’t miss a massage from Rut, she does magic to a sore body. But most of all she is a wonderful person with lots of positive energy!
I have gone to Ruth to get help for my neck and back problems. She is a very skilled masseuse with knowledge of many different techniques and her treatment truly helps. But it’s also such a relaxing and peaceful experience. I can strongly recommend Ruth.
Rut is amazing. I was fortunate enough to have a massage provided by Rut when I visited Nerja a couple of weeks ago. Just a couple of days before that, I had a really bad back spasm and almost had trouble walking. I was able to get chiropractic help on a Sunday. Flew to Spain on a Monday, and then was lucky enough to have a massage with Rut on a Tuesday. I felt like a new person walking out of her studio. She is kind, compassionate, and very good at what she does. I just wish that I didn’t live so far away from her so that I could actually see her on a regular basis. If you are in the area, you should not pass up an opportunity to get a massage from this wonderful human being.
Can't say enough great words regarding Rut. She is excellent whether it's for fisio or massage. I and all my family have been treated over the past five years and she always finds whatever is wrong and fixes it. Highy recommend.

Umbessos.
Had the most amazing massage today and my sister in law had one too! Highly recommend if you are in the area. Honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had and the music the lady had on was the most wonderful playlist too. Go here, you won’t regret it. Excellent value for money too!!
Massage excellent. Merci
I’ve been seeing Loredana every year during my vacation in Nerja for a couple of years now, and I wouldn’t want to miss it. Her combination of deep medical knowledge, skilled hands, and a professional presence makes every session truly special. Whether I arrive with tension, back pain or hip problems, I always leave feeling significantly better. Loredana takes time to understand what your body needs and adjusts each treatment accordingly. Her expertise goes far beyond a typical massage - it’s therapeutic and restorative. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a trusted osteopath or massage therapist in Nerja. A hidden gem!
I received a wonderfully relaxing massage at the professional hands of Loredana. I think I am still in the clouds. :-)

Real tai massage in Mediterranean paradise. With real professional ,polite ,and tai smile ? woman’s .

Carin is a very good massage therapist with a lot of experience. It is easy to relax during the massage.
I'm an occupational therapist and very attuned to muscles and bodies. This was honestly the best deep massage I've ever had. Im after 2 weeks of painting and had a lot of issues. She was truly amazing. I will be going again .
I tried the Thai Bodywork with Carin. Relieved the stiffness in my hips, quads, glutes and lower back as a result of my cycling and gym sessions. Carin also gave me some stretching exercises to use at home. Worked well. Thoroughly recommend the Thai Bodywork. I have booked another treatment with Carin. Thanks Ian ?
Carin is very experienced and I have recently had three massages with her. Carin is friendly, easygoing, and is patient to understand your objectives for the massage treatment. The aromatic oil massages were all good, not too heavy nor too light, relaxing and comfortable with good music. I would highly recommend.
